I have been hording a ton of vintage clothing lately…and most of it doesn’t even fit me. Why, you ask? Because I’ve been wanting to open up a shop! Virtual or real, personal website or public have been debates raging in my head. Finally, I’ve come to a decision. I have started this blog to attach to my etsy shop. TA-DA! It’s early days yet, I have to get everything I have on there and that’s going to take a lot of work. But I’m excited! My collection is comprised mostly of what I call “wearable vintage”, meaning you don’t have to be at a debutanate ball to wear it (although there will be some of that, too). It’s a lot of day dresses that are constructed better and have more of a shape than what’s typically made now. There’s a lot of polyester, which has a bad rap, but I love it because unlike cotton, it;s easy to take care of AND doesn’t fade or get stretched out. You got more bang for your buck here, and look different than everyone else! I hope you like the shop, I know it’s easy to use because I’ve been buying off etsy for awhile. You never know when you start something like this how it’s going to go, but I’m confident this will grow into a great business, and a great jumping off point for my next endeavour; teaching style classes. But that’s a blog for another time…;)

Fab skirt will be for sale in the shop; it’s super wearable and comfortable. I’ve paired it with a tucked in tank from wal-mart, vintage wood necklace and neutral slingbacks.
…as will this dress, paired with a navy stretch belt, beige heels and an orange little purse…
and this adorable pink flowered number. I paired it with a turquose scarf around the waist and a skinny silver silver belt. The beige envelope clutch will be in the shop as well.
This one got lots of great feedback on facebook; I can’t wait to see who nabs it! Coming Soon
